The Deflection Compensated Roll (Intelli-DCR^®) is an advanced press roll where its deflection due to nip is compensated and carried by stationary inner beam. This solution allows to apply greater nip values and as a result water from the paper sheet can be removed more efficiently. Application Intelli-DCR^® is an attractive choice for many grades of paper causing increased dryness after press.
